How much does it cost to send a parcel?
Pricing is based on the distance between pickup and destination and the weight of your parcel. Get an instant, no-obligation quote online — you see the price before you book, with no surprises at checkout.
Do I need an account to get a price?
No. You can get an instant quote without signing up. You only create an account when you are ready to book, so we can save your addresses and process payment.
How do I pay?
You pay with M-Pesa, either per shipment or from a wallet you top up in the app. Your payment is confirmed before the parcel moves.
How do I track my parcel?
Every shipment has a waybill number. Track it live from the app — you can also share the tracking link with the recipient so they can follow it too.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the route, but most nationwide deliveries complete within about 48 hours. Your quote shows an indicative timeline, and live tracking keeps you updated.
What can I send?
Most everyday parcels and documents. Prohibited and dangerous goods (for example cash, hazardous materials and illegal items) cannot be sent. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Reach out to our team and we'll investigate using the parcel's tracking history. Email jambo@parcelhub.co.ke with your waybill number.
How do I become an agent?
Apply online and complete a quick verification with your KRA PIN and national ID. See the For agents page for the full details.
