How the network works
A booking agent (or you, online) creates a shipment and collects the parcel. It moves through our hubs along the best route, then a last-mile agent or collection point completes delivery near the recipient. Pricing, routing and tracking are handled automatically, so everyone — sender, agent and recipient — can see exactly where a parcel is at any moment.
